Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all cosmetic and personal care items are non-returnable once received and opened.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

You received an incorrect item

You received a damaged or defective item


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

The product must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required


Return Process

1- Submit a return request by contacting our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2- Share clear photos of the incorrect or defective item, along with the shipping airway bill shown on the delivery flyer.

3- Once approved, the item will be collected by our shipping partner within 3–5 business days.

NUMAG reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
